FAQ

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving payment and given to the Post Office for shipping within 48 hours. Standard ground shipping usually takes approximately 5 business days depending on the carrier (UPS or USPS) and how far away the destination is.

A flat rate of $10 will generally apply to orders weighing under 5 pounds. Exceptions can include items such as multiple "Mega Charizard X Ex UPCs" and the "Prismatic Evolutions Lucario Collection Box" since they are more expensive to ship. For larger items and orders, shipping costs may increase based on the overall weight and dimensions as determined by the carrier's (USPS or UPS) pricing structure.
